Our story
Built from experience,

DearLock was founded after two decades of working inside organisations — managing infrastructure, hardening systems, responding to incidents, and watching small businesses struggle to get the same quality of security support that larger organisations take for granted.

The problem wasn't that good security was impossible for smaller businesses. It was that the market served them poorly — large MSPs charging for complexity they didn't need, or generic IT support that treated security as an afterthought.

DearLock exists to change that. We bring the same depth of expertise and the same calibre of tooling to small businesses, sized and priced for where they actually are — not where a large provider's pricing sheet starts.
